§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting the completion of a survey or answering a few questions concerning the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. In case of giving consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the conditions of the given consent.
  3. If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data are processed until consent is withdrawn, but after this period information about who, when, and what consent was given can be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  5. Every data subject has the right to access personal data, correct, delete or restrict their processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  6. Transactional data, including personal data, are transmitted directly by the user to the payment service provider.
  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter, providing an e-mail address and/or phone number as basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to targeted advertising campaigns on social networks based on the e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies has the right to process data in a manner other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if a company has access to it, may only be processed for the purpose of proper service provision.

§4. COOKIES

  1. Cookies are sent to web browsers and then stored in device memory and read by the server each time a connection to the Website is made.
  2. We note that storing cookies does not allow us access to your private device nor reading data other than that stored in cookies.
