The company TRADING AND SERVICE COMPANY ANDRZEJ ANTONIUK carries out an SME project entitled “Diversification and strengthening the resilience to future crises of PHU Andrzej Antoniuk operating in the Warmian-Masurian region.”

The aim of the project is to diversify activities and strengthen the resilience of PHU Andrzej Antoniuk to future crises by entering new markets in the HoReCa industry, launching completely new services "Water Food Truck" and "Evening on the Water" for individual customers from 01.2026 as a result of investment in the service base, digital transformation, and raising the competences of the management staff.

The goal will be achieved through the implementation of the following tasks:

1. Task 1 – Investment in the service base

2. Task 2 - Raising qualifications

Target groups: The project is aimed at SMEs from the HoReCa sector, tourism, or culture. The beneficiary – PHU Andrzej Antoniuk – will benefit from the project.

The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the beneficiary’s resilience to future crisis situations, expanding the conducted business, increasing the potential customer base, increasing company productivity and enhancing its competitiveness on the market in the longer term. Thanks to the project implementation:

1. New services will be created – a mobile fast food point service in the form of a Water Food Truck and ticket sales for cyclical entertainment events organized on the roof of a floating unit called "Evening on the Water"

2. The company will gain new customers – young people, people expecting fast, accessible and often inexpensive food, people using water attractions and water reservoirs

3. Enhancement of the company’s sales capabilities and during e.g. sanitary regime, enabling business continuity and revenue generation.
