Anastasija has been practicing yoga since 2010 and cannot imagine life without it since then. For her, yoga is not only a form of exercise but above all a path of personal development. She believes that real barriers exist only in our minds, and overcoming them on the mat translates into greater strength and harmony in everyday life.Between 2016 and 2018, she completed the Universal Yoga & Shiva Nata teacher training course (500 hours, levels 1–5), and in 2019, another 100 hours of training with Andrej Lappa – a teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance. She regularly participates in international workshops and trainings, constantly expanding her knowledge and practice.Anastasija conducts classes with passion, authenticity, and a deep understanding of yoga – both physical and spiritual.
